Todd Stam owner/operator of Aspen Homes and Development, LLC has lived in the Coeur d'Alene area for the past 28 years.  He has worked in the construction business since he was ten years old.  Throughout his career he has been involved in all levels of the business; including excavation, concrete foundations, framing, plumbing, roofing, etc.  When Todd and his wife Zetta, started Aspen Homes in the early 90's, Todd began his career as a general contractor.  His family has now expanded to include Noah, Aspen, Landyn, Cambrie and Michelle.
His goal is the same now as when he started his own business; building dream homes for his clients with uncompromised quality.  He continues to offer the best in customer service, and have great time doing it!
Todd insists on providing exceptional service to all his customers with the help of Zetta, his office staff and as well as the many sub-contractors who have been with him for years.
Todd and Zetta are current members of the North Idaho Building Contractor's Association.  The Annual Parade of Homes is an event that Todd as a way to show the public his unique building ideas.  Since 2002 each Aspen Homes entry has placed either first or second in numerous categories.
Aspen Homes and Development, LLC has been featured in Home Design Magazine, the Coeur d'Alene Magazine, Builder Magazine, and Inland Northwest Homes and Lifestyle Magazine.  In 2006 Aspen Homes was honored to take part in the National Street of Dreams Show.  In 2008 Aspen Homes was honored to be featured on HGTV's Top Ten Amazing Kitchen's.
Aspen Homes and Development, LLC is looking forward to many more years in the Coeur d'Alene area, with many more custom homes, unique ideas, and exceptional relationships.
